NIGERIA LABOUR CONGRESS REJECTS PLAN TO RE-INSTATE FORMER SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION BOSS

The organised labour has rejected the alleged plan by the Federal Government to reinstate the former Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Mounir Gwarzo who is currently on suspension.

The Labour group vowed to resist the planned reinstatement, claiming it would further dent the anti-graft war of the present administration.

It will be recalled that that Gwarzo was suspended after a properly constituted Administrative Panel set up by the Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, found him culpable of financial improprieties.
